The pardoned prisoners include those who have served half of their jail terms and proven to have turned a new leaf to deserve such noble deed.

The Ruler’s kind gesture, which was on the occasion of the wedding of Fujairah Crown Prince, Shaikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, reflects Shaikh Hama’s commitment to give prisoners and their families a second chance to live a happy and responsible life within their families and communities.

Fujairah Police Director General, Colonel Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanim Al Ka’abi, seized the opportunity to express profound gratitude to the Ruler for the generous initiative. He expressed the hope that Shaikh Hamad’s kind gesture would open the door of hope in the heart and mind of the released prisoners to thread the path of righteousness in the service of their families and nation.
