Fujairah halts unhygienic water tankers
FUJAIRAH - The Fujairah Municipality has ordered a halt to the distribution of water by water tankers that do not comply with hygiene standards.
However, one of the companies that was found to be following the health and hygiene rules has been entrusted with distribution of water in the emirate.
Fujairah Municipality Director Engineer Mohammed Saif Al Afkham said the decision is in line with the municipality standards that are aimed at protecting the health of the citizens.
