French architects visit AUS

SHARJAH — A delegation of 200 French architects visited the American University of Sharjah (AUS) on Tuesday as part of a four-day tour to get an insight of architecture in the country and address the issue of simplicity in design and its effect on the environment.

The architects toured the campus, incidentally designed by a French architect, Francis Gambert, and visited the university library.
