In the Airport Arrivals Hall, Mr Sultan met the staff employed to greet participants and inspected the high-impact branding and promotional materials that have been put in strategic places. The committee members also visited other areas of the airport.
Following the tour, Mr Sultan expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the people working at the airport to ensure the efficient organisation of arrivals for the annual meetings. He also praised everyone involved in Dubai 2003 for their hard work and professionalism.
He said: "This event is the financial and business Olympics. The hard work of everyone involved in these preparations has been excellent and this event will compare favourably with other events of its kind held anywhere else in the world."
