Firefighters put out blaze at Sharjah residential building

No injuries have been reported.

The firefighters of  Sharjah Civil Defence managed to control a fire that broke out on Tuesday in the external facade of a residential building at 11 pm.

No casualties have been reported. The fire fighters evacuated the building and doused the fire until early hours of Wednesday.
Major Hani Al Dahmani, Director of Media and Public Relations Department at Sharjah Civil Defence, told Khaleej Times that the civil defence received a call following which the operation room dispatched fire fighters from Al Edara, Samnan, Al Mina, Muwailih and Al Nahda.
The firefighting team are conducting a cooling operation at the site and will then hand over the scene to fire experts to determine the cause of the incident.
