A vibrant student community, experienced teachers and a strong focus on nurturing global citizens through well-designed learning plans have ensured that the schools stand out for the quality of education provided to students
Speaking on the occasion, Shaikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Customs and Ports Authority in Ras Al Khaimah, said, "We would like to congratulate all the winners, who have today assembled here to be presented with this prestigious annual award for Excellence."
He added that he was also thrilled to have the opportunity to recognise these employees that are making strides in improving their services to the general public and other stake-holders in the community.
This is the fourth annual ‘Excellence Award’ ceremony to be held to honour hardworking and dedicated employees from the Customs and Ports Authority of RAK.
"I believe that success is a decision not a gift. When you know your own goals you can put the steps in place to achieve them - something I learned through my own experiences. Believing in yourself, being passionate about what you do and having a plan for your future, can help you to achieve your goals," said Maryam Ahmed Al Hammadi, the Assistant Director of Admin Development and Quality department and Head of Performance Management section in her welcome address.
Also present during the presentation award were the General Manager of RAK Customs and Ports Authority, Mohammed Abdullah Al Mehrizi and other dignitaries.
