Streets and infrastructure in three cities suffer extensive damage as Israeli forces dig up roads and destroy houses
The Dh1.67 million building, to be opened in April, is part of the organisation's ongoing customer satisfaction drive, said Nasser bin Obood, Al Ain Region General Manager of Etisalat, in a Press release issued yesterday.
Besides the newly opened headquarters in Al Ain, located between Al Ain Business Centre and Industrial Area, Etisalat operates centres in Al Hair, Al Yahar and Al Wajen.
"This is the fourth business centre we have in Al Ain," Mr Bin Obood said, adding, "Since we cover a large area, we want to get closer to our customers and these centres save a lot of time and provide additional facilities for our valued customers."
The state-of-the-art new business centre will provide our customers with a full range of services - from bill payment to providing service, he added.
"The centre also features a Public Cash Payment Machine (PCPM) that allows our clients to pay their bills 24 hours a day.
Etisalat is conducting feasibility studies to establish more business centres to cover other areas of Al Ain suburbs," Mr Bin Obood added.
