Etisalat launches Wi-Fi solution for hotels
DUBAI — Etisalat yesterday launched a dedicated Wi-Fi solution for the hospitality industry in the UAE.
The solution, called Etisalat Hotspots, is being offered to the leading hotels in the UAE.
This will benefit guests and visitors alike who come to the country for business or leisure, Etisalat said in a Press release.
The industry requires Internet access in the rooms and Wi-Fi connectivity in the public areas of the hotel.
With this in mind, Etisalat is in the process of launching the ‘Hzone’ solution which will be integrated with the hotel’s property management system, it said.
This will enable hotels to include charges for Internet usage in the room bills at the time of checkout as guests do not have to carry prepaid Internet access cards during their stay.
