Etihad cabin crew set for Formula 1 grid duty

Members of Etihad Airways cabin crew have been gearing up for Sunday?s Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, when they will walk out in front of packed crowds at the Yas Marina Circuit as the drivers? “grid girls”.

The 50 cabin crew members will have a day off from their usual duties serving on board Etihad aircraft and will have the eyes of the world on them as they proudly wear the specially designed uniforms on the grid at the start of the race.

Excitement continues to grow ahead of the second Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with the news that minutes before the race starts an Etihad A340-600 aircraft, in special F1 livery, will perform a “fly-past” over the Yas Marina Circuit.
