This followed a charity programme organised at the ESA commission office in Sharjah.
The declaration was relayed by an ESA member in Abu Dhabi to the Lebanese embassy yesterday to mark the launch of the programme.
"The ESA denounces the barbaric Israeli attacks including the brutal massacres and displacement of people and destruction of the basic infrastructure which is a blatant violation of human and children's rights," stated the declaration.
