Environment Day marked by DEWA

DUBAI — More than 600 students from Dubai schools attended a lecture to learn ways to prepare and protect against climate changes on the National Environment Day.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) organised the event at Dubai Women Development Society premises recently, a Press release said.

The event was held under the theme “Climate is Changing... We must be prepared”.

DEWA engineer Abdul Aziz Ahmad Zakariya spoke to the students about the impact of these changes on the global environment and in the region.
