Focusing on the ministry's efforts to expedite the implementation of the plan, Awatif said that a total number of 1,000 UAE nationals are being appointed every year at various educational zones across the UAE. "The central committee established under the chairmanship of Dr Abdul Aziz Al Sharhan, Minister of Education and Youth, is following up the implementation of the plan and working on attracting UAE national cadres," she noted.
Talking about the ministry's plan to qualify UAE nationals, she explained that a five-year plan aimed at training more than 750 school headmasters is being implemented in collaboration with the UAE University.
