“In the UAE we might soon witness a female occupying the post of a judge,” said Ali Salim Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the FDF and Director of the Minister of Presidential Affairs’ Office.

He was speaking to the media here yesterday to announce the date for the third meeting of the Supreme Council of the Arab Women’s Organisation. The event will be held on May 27 in Abu Dhabi.

He said UAE national women had succeeded in making their presence strongly felt in various fields due to the continuous support of Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the FDF and Chairperson of the UAE General Women’s Union.
