All mail will be stamped with the "Back to school... Back to safety – School transportation week – Emirates Transportation – 2005" message in Arabic for a 30-day period from August 20 to September 20. The initiative is the outcome of the cooperation between Emirates Post and Emirates Transportation.

"The issuance of this stamps comes from our belief in the importance of this occasion as schools are about to open their doors to our dear children, which makes it part of our responsibility to participate in creating awareness about the safety of the road to drivers as well as students," said Abdullah Al Daboos, Director-General, Emirates Post. "Emirates Post fully endorses the call by extending the usage of the cancellation stamp for a period of 30 days to make sure that the message has reached the audience, thus ensuring the safety to our children," he said.
