Emirates Aviation College honours students

The Emirates Aviation College, on Tuesday awarded graduation honours upon 265 students in the presence of hundreds of family, friends and Emirates Senior Management.

Dr. Ahmad Al Ali, Vice-Chancellor Emirates Aviation College, conferred degrees across a multitude of disciplines.

The achievements of the graduates include degrees in nearly all of the 23 programme disciplines that the Emirates Aviation College offers. The graduating class also includes 55 staff from the Emirates Group and 29 graduates who are UAE Nationals; reflecting the important role the College plays in the Emirates Group, for Emiratis looking for top-notch education and to the community as a whole to make aviation-related studies available to all.

“Aviation is a booming industry, estimated to contribute 15% to the UAE economy, and the demand for professional education in this arena is expanding exponentially, as evidenced by our growing graduating class every year,” said Dr. Ahmad Al Ali, Vice-Chancellor Emirates Aviation College.

He added: “I, along with the rest of the team at the Aviation College, express our congratulations to the graduates for their accomplishments and we wish them all the best in the exciting field of aviation.”
