The 23-year-old Filipino defendant is believed to have placed his mobile phone inside a cloth basket and filmed the complainant in the toilet. The incident happened in April.

The complainant, a 25-year-old Filipina clerk, told the prosecutor that the defendant had placed a mobile phone with the camera on in the cloth basket inside the toilet. She found a flash memory in the toilet in which a video recording of her half naked as she used the toilet was stored.

The police seized the defendant’s mobile phone.

A clipping of another woman taking a shower in nude, and three other clippings showing women using the toilet were found on the phone. Besides, more than a dozen sequels of people having sex were also found stored on the phone.

The electrician admitted during interrogation to having caught the Filipina woman unawares on camera while using the toilet.

A Pakistani policeman quoted the defendant as admitting during interrogation that he placed his phone on the filming mode on standby to film anyone using the toilet.
