Electric shock kills Pakistani
AL AIN - A 48-year-old Pakistani national died of electric shock in an accident at Al Yaher area on Friday.
The accident took place when Syed Ghazanfar Ali was trying to rectify a transformer belonging to Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC) in Al Yaher area. He received injuries on the head, nose and right hand and died on the spot before being taken to Al Ain Hospital. The man had been working with AADC for over 21 years as a senior technician.
