The authority said the redesigning of the Karama Registration Centre stems from the authority’s keenness to upgrade the facilities and provide innovative and distinguished services, contributing to raising customer satisfaction.

The authority has given customers who have applied for the ID card registration alternative appointments to complete the registration process at the Karama centre and notified them through SMS. People can reschedule their registration appointments by contacting the call centre on 600530003.

Once completed, the Karama centre will have the capacity to handle 1,000 customers daily and will offer all services related to the ID card. It will also serve special needs customers and will provide more than 50 car parking spaces.

The Eida has five registration centres and offices in Dubai. They are in Al Barsha, Al Rashidiya, Residency and Foreigners Affairs Offi ce, the Office of the Ruler’s Court and Hatta. —
