The five-year contract was signed by the Director-General of the Fujairah International Airport Khalid Al Mazrouie and Director of the Customer Service Department of Ceta Company, Kenly Nasour.

Generally, Al Mazrouie said, such a contract is considered a significant quantum leap of the efforts exerted to keep up with the developments of international airports in the world. He pointed out that operating the new system will make travellers and passengers feel comfortable and at ease.

Meanwhile, the company is required to be responsible for training and rehabilitating airport officers in order to reach the required efficiency needed to obtain the internationally authenticated certificates for travellers’ services.
