The programme is aimed at entertaining the public along with health education and represents selected foods from different countries, including internationally popular dishes like burgers, pizzas and shawarma. The parade involves 10 artists in addition to three musicians.

The International Food Carnival is being held at Mall of the Emirates, Mercato, Deira City Centre, Ibn Battuta, and BurJuman Centre each evening from 5pm to 10pm.

Braun, Better Life, Siemens, Jumeirah, Emirates Culinary Guild, Intercontinental Hotel Dubai, Bab Al Shams, Nestle, Abela and Paris Gallery are the support partners of DTCM for the Food Surprises Week.
