Dubai Institute, Norwegian Group Sign Security Pact
DUBAI - The Institute for Near East & Gulf Military Analysis (INEGMA) and Norwegian Risk Consulting International (NRCI) announced a cooperative agreement focusing on key cross-cutting security issues between Norway, circumpolar countries and societies, and the Middle East.
INEGMA is a Dubai and Lebanon-based organisation that deals with security and military issues. INEGMA possesses a strong research network that brings former government and military officials together with high-calibre security expertise from around the world.
NRCI is an emerging political advisory based out of Oslo, Norway, committed to serving Norwegian clients in the Middle East. NRCI provides consulting services and conferences and seminars.
