Dubai Duty Free announces 193rd Millennium Millionaire winner

Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Promotion, turning 17 year this month, continues to attract travellers around the globe and provide excitement for those who win. 

Today, the 193rd dollar millionaire was drawn with the winner announced as Alan Venters, a British national, holder of lucky ticket no. 3896 in series 193. 

Venters, a 42-year-old supervisor at a UK-based oil production company was over the moon to hear the news of his win. 

“It’s a truly memorable day for me! I feel fantastically lucky and will be delighted to meet the Dubai Duty Free team who made this happen!” commented Venters by phone. 

Dubai Duty Free conducted the Finest Surprise Draw for a Ducati Monster 821 directly after the Millennium Millionaire. 

The lucky ticket no. 0306 belonged to Ahmed El Gibaly, an Egyptian national living in Cairo. El Gibaly, a frequent Dubai visitor and a regular participant of the Finest Surprise Promotion was extremely excited to have finally won with Dubai Duty Free. 

Commenting on his win,.Gibaly said: “I am still in pleasant shock after hearing the news. I never owned a motorbike and can’t wait to see it and take a ride!”
