DTCM staff enrol for eDiploma

DUBAI — Dubai eGovernment recently announced that 22 employees from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) have enrolled for the 'Adaat' eDiploma, a customised online learning course, that began on Tuesday.

Translating to 'behaviour' in Arabic, Adaat is designed to enhance the communication, customer service and business skills of DTCM employees.

It is the second batch of DTCM employees to participate in the eDiploma, who will have up to six months to finish a total of 20 Adaat courses teaching content.

"The Adaat eDiploma is one of the Dubai eGovernment's initiatives to promote e-literacy," aid Salem Al Shair, Director of eServices, Dubai eGovernment.
