Draft laws on pvt security, commercial companies to be amended
ABU DHABI — The Ministerial Legislations Committee will discuss the amendment of two articles in the two federal draft laws of private security companies and commercial firms.
The meeting, which will be held at Al Khubaira Palace here, will be presided over by Mohammed bin Nukhira Al Dhaheri, Minister of Justice, who is also chairman of the committee.
According to Ali Ibrahim Al Hosani, Assistant Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Justice for fatwa, legislations and state issues, the meeting will look into the amendment of Article 168 of the Commercial Companies Law and Article 25 of the draft law governing the Private Security Law.
