Dubai has long been a safe haven for investors seeking stability and high returns
For the next three months, a unique campaign of toy donations ‘Prep, Drink and Do Some Good’ will encourage children in the region to donate their toys.
The campaign organised by the drink Tang, aims at securing a world record by collecting up to 30,000 toys. Kids can also donate toys by logging on to www.tangdogood.com and playing one of the three online games.
The campaign calls on children of all age-groups to participate actively by donating toys in different ways, making them agents of change.
As part of the online donation, children can log onto the website and earn points by playing online games. Using these points, the child can donate a virtual toy. For every virtual toy, Tang will purchase an actual toy and donate it to the charities on behalf of the child. Parents and kids also have the option of making personal toy-donations at the Tang donation centres to be set up in selected malls across the region from the first week of March for six weeks.
Visitors to the centres can also play the online games, earn points and purchase virtual toys.
The campaign is supported by charitable organisation partners such as Red Crescent in UAE, ENSAN and KAFEL from Saudi Arabia, and Dar Al Atta’a from Oman.
The campaign will span the entire GCC region.
