The ladies' section can now accommodate and service a larger number of women visitors.

An electronic queue system has been introduced and a dedicated cashier assigned to handle women visitors.

The DNRD Director, Major-General Mohammad Ahmad Al Marri, commented: "We have revamped this section in DNRD to better service the ladies who cannot process their applications in the crowded queues of males and PROs. Thus, we have preserved their privacy and reduced the waiting time in the other halls."
