DM partakes in Arabian Horses exhibition

As part of its commitment to support initiatives that celebrates the tradition and heritage of the emirates, Dubai Municipality has participated in the Dubai International Arabian Horses exhibition and the 10th anniversary of International Arabian Horses Championship held under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE minister of finance.

It was the Architectural Heritage Department, which represented the civic body by setting a special stall in the exhibition held at World trade Centre, featuring photographs and portraits of various horse breeds.

The exhibition shed light on the latest developments in the culture and tradition related to horses as well as the trade and business in the Middle East.

The Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship is the most prestigious competition of its kind in the world. It is a beauty competition for Purebred Arabian horses, from the very young to the elderly statesmen of the Arabian equine world.
