Dar Al Ber Society distributes 11,000 adahis during Eid

DUBAI - Dar Al Ber Society distributed 11,000 adahis (sacrificed animals) locally and abroad during Eid Al Adha. While over 2,000 adahis were distributed to poor families in the country, 9,000 others, along with clothes and charities were given to needy people in 27 Arab, African and Asian countries.

The price set for local adahis was Dh500 against Dh300 gifts abroad.

Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, head of local projects, said over 2,200 families availed the local adahis which were distributed at the society branches in Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah in collaboration the relevant police departments and abattoirs.
