Customised car number plate auction tomorrow
DUBAI — General Department of Traffic will organise tomorrow auction of the 23 customised car number plates at the Conference Hall of the Traffic Department at Al Barsha. The auction will include identical numbers of different codes.
Brigadier Mohammed Saif Al Zafin, Director of General Department of Traffic, Head of Customised Auction Committee, said the total nominal value of the auction reached Dh2,066 million.
Brig Al Zafin said the Traffic Department would allow the person who owns customised number to register vehicle in Dubai regardless of his work and residence place. He said the auction entry fee is Dh110 and it is non-refundable while the insurance fee is Dh5,000.
