Clearer days, cooler nights

ABU DHABI — Meteorologists have ruled out the possibility of dusty winds in the next 48 hours, with fine weather at night that will turn hazy in the mornings.

Visibility is expected to improve in the afternoons as light south east to north easterly winds less than 10 knots present during the morning is expected to blow moderately from north west to north east in the noon and evening. Offshore wave heights at sea will remain two to three feet.

In the last few days too, visibility was comparatively low in the mornings as the South East wind blowing at 15 to 20 knots settled over parts of emirates for three to four hours.

According to predictions for the next 48 hours, weather is expected to be hot in general and hazy at times with a chance of low or towering clouds over eastern areas.

Temperatures is not expected to vary much and might remain at a maximum of 42 to 44 degrees and minimum of 31 to 33. The maximum humidity is expected at 80 per cent as against yesterday's 60 and the minimum humidity would be 35 per cent.
