Civic staff hone skills
SHARJAH — More than 25 municipal employees are taking part in a three-day training course organised by Sharjah Municipality. The course, aimed at upgrading the employees’ skills, featured lectures on customer service and techniques of handling the public.
Bassam Nasir, acting Director of the Administrative Development Section at Sharjah Municipality, said creating a professional team and enhancing the skills of municipal employees in dealing with public and customers are among the major issues being debated in the course.
