Charity joins efforts to aid victims of tsunami disaster

DUBAI — King's Revival International Charitable Trust FZCO is taking part in the efforts of the Dubai Government through Dubai Aid City, to reach out, help and bring relief to distressed and suffering victims of the Tsunami disaster in South East Asia.

Kings Revival International Charitable Trust FZCO (KRICT) a non-profit, non-religious organisation, registered with Dubai Aid City, was already operating in the affected areas before the disaster. KRICT projects like orphanages and support centres need immediately humanitarian assistance. Medical emergency kits, hygiene packages, blankets, clothes, water, food and housing material is needed as fast as possible.

In this current catastrophic event, KRICT is in support of 20,000 pcs. of Water Purification Tablets through the emergency relief campaign of Dubai Aid City and Sri Lankan Consulate office. Moreover, consignment of basic commodities such as canned foods, macaroni, biscuits etc. in packed cartoons are air lifted to Sri Lanka in a daily basis until January 3, free of cost through the generosity of Sri Lanka Airlines extended to our charity organisation.

Financial support has been also remitted to Indonesian Red Cross bank account provided to KRICT by the Indonesian Consulate office in Dubai. Other emergency aid support in kind will be delivered to the victims through the Sri Lankan Consulate emergency relief campaign in Dubai in the coming days. Worst affected were Sri Lanka and India, displaced and injured people need your help.
