A unique culinary experience of authentic foods from countries around the world can be had at Global Village, Dubai’s leading family entertainment and cultural destination.
Dubbed as “Flavours of the World” and a festival of its own to complement Dubai’s Food Festival, Global Village’s mouth-watering cuisines will be celebrated until today.
Select pavilions at Global Village are selling a wide variety of authentic foods from their countries around the world for visitors to try. Visitors can experience until today from simple snacks and fantastic foods to delicious sweet dessert.
“Flavours of the World” allows people to sample foods they have never experienced before. If visitors, particularly families, are looking for exotic meals, they will find a wide range of specially created kiosks placed outside the pavilions set up all around the park and taste anything they want to try.
Visitors can try Turkish Borek, fresh Indian samosas, Moroccan desserts or fresh Thai fruits. They can also experience an amazing dining experience at Global Village, with 25 regionally and internationally recognised restaurants.
Local entertainers
Up to March 31, Global Village’s guests and shoppers will be entertained by local talents on every Thursday, Friday and
Saturday. A host of talented UAE-based performers will continue to showcase their skills to the hundreds of thousands of people visiting the venue. Local performers, from six different talent institutes across Dubai, will take part in a grand show of dancing and singing during these days.

Tempo Dubai will be showcasing the best in hip hop and freestyle dancing; ADCB will be bringing Bollywood dancers to Global Village; dancers from the Yasmeen Talent Center will also perform a mix of Bollywood and hip hop dancing; children from the Step Up Academy will show off their vocal talents; First IDS will be bringing a high-energy Pop and Lock to the Main Stage; and Indian Classical Dramatic Fusion will be performed by the Maayavi Dance Company.
Local buskers and street performers will also take to the streets of Global Village and give local residents and tourists the chance to see what Dubai has to offer in terms of entertaining acts and musicians.
Kids Show
Popular children’s shows Orbis and Level Up will continue throughout the extension period till April 12, with daily shows at the World Cultural Stage, for families to see the appreciate acrobatic and dance shows.
