GB Equipment Solutions (GBES), a subsidiary of the Galadari Brothers Group, is the only authorised dealer of JCB Construction Equipment, JCB Access and Power Products, and Genuine JCB Parts in the UAE since 1984.
Armed with vast experience, GBES possesses in-depth market intelligence and enjoys tremendous market coverage in the UAE construction equipment sector. With a strength of 100 highly trained professionals serving more than 5,000 loyal JCB customers in the UAE, GBES is a dominant player in the country's construction equipment market. GBES has a strong network of facilities across the UAE, with its head office located in Dubai (Al Qouz), regional office in Abu Dhabi and parts outlets in Al Ain and Sharjah.
GBES' aim has always been to be the construction equipment market leader by providing complete 360-degree equipment solutions with the very best products and services in the UAE.

Wide range of equipment
As the sole dealer of JCB in the UAE, GBES is a one-stop solution provider to all construction needs and boast of a range of more than 300 equipment models which includes backhoe loaders, telehandlers, skid steer loaders, mini excavators, industrial forklifts, tracked excavators, wheeled excavators, wheel loaders and compaction equipment. Apart from this, GBES offers JCB generators ranging from 20-3000KVA.
Recently, JCB has also launched its powered access products with its platform lifts range, including scissor lifts, telescopic and articulated boom lifts. The organisation is especially well-known for its strong after-sales support and customer care.
GBES has two state-of-the-art 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with well-equipped workshops, alongside 30 highly skilled JCB technicians who understand JCB machines better than anyone in the market. GBES has 12 mobile workshops, which are always on the move to provide on-site repair and service to customers with 24/7 availability.
Rather than just selling a machine to a customer, GBES firmly believes in finding the right product for the customer; getting to know the customer's business and helping them to continue to get the best from JCB machines. It offers a customised approach towards after-sales services and offers a wide array of solutions and packages to suit its customers' needs.

Availability of spare parts
GBES delivers with a highly-qualified stock control team and historical data, alongside forecast modules, and an experienced after-sales team to ensure the right parts are ordered on time.
Armed with a primary objective to ensure the fast movers, regular service parts and common wear items are always available in all its branches. GBES has strict standards to keep high levels of availability that reduces downtime at its customers' machines and keeps utilisation at the optimum level.
In addition, the organisation works on tailored stock profiles for major customers, key accounts and customers who have fleets comprising various kinds of machines. One of the key tools of success is listening to clients' feedback and requests.
GBES is flexible in keeping stocks that its customers recommend, and provides various solutions according to the nature of a customer's portfolio. Some examples of these solutions are consignment stocks, bulk stock orders, partial shipments and free air freight, among other options. GBES is consistently hitting above 90 per cent off-the-shelf availability, which shows how focused it is towards serving its customers for uninterrupted operations.

Taking on all loads
JCB's telehandlers is a concept pioneered by the British brand and one in which it retains its lead. Most rental companies opt for the tried and tested 540-170 and 535-125 models, with the former among JCB's most popular machines in the region.
In the 17m range, JCB's most popular model is the 540-170. This machine can reach up to a height of 16.7m or up to the third floor of a villa on average. On the ground, it can carry a 4t weight and at full height it can lift 2.5t.
It is powered by a 100hp engine and comes with three steering types, which enables operators to work with the machine in job-sites where space is tight.
The booms are U-gauge, single-structure pressed booms with welding only on bottom plates, which gives them structural strength. All boom stages have extra overlap for greater strength and to prevent bending. No added counterweight is used in a JCB telehandler; it is built-in through the weight of the steel plates. Heavy-duty rams in the booms make JCB telehandlers work horses that are loved by customers.
JCB has its own engine, axles and drive lines in the machine, which makes it better from a design, performance and warranty perspective. JCB telehandlers enjoy the highest residual value.
