Call for easing process at DNRD
DUBAI — Maj.-Gen. Saif Muhammad Bakheit Al Falasi, Inspector General at the Ministry of Interior, has called for making the transactions easier at the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) for the convenience of customers.
He made the observations during a visit to the DNRD on Tuesday. He was received by Brigadier Muhammad Ahmed Al Murri, Director and Colonel Rashed Bekheit, Deputy Director.
Maj.-Gen. Al Falasi reviewed the work flow and procedures and stressed the need to support the steps taken by the Interior Ministry to ease the transactions and save time. He praised the efforts to introduce good services to the customers.
Brigadier Al Murri said the visit reflected the concern of the ministry to understand the requirements of the department.
