Adel Al Shared, CEO of MBRPLD, told Khaleej Times recently that the graduation ceremony of the 2009 batch of the Elite Programme and the resumption of the Dubai Opening Initiative are other anticipated events.

“It will be a busy year ahead for Promising Leaders participants with two personal development programme sessions, individual and team projects, three sessions of The Spectator Forum, and two sessions of “Reader today…Leader tomorrow” wherein participants will tackle two internationally renowned books,” he said. There will be two other sessions of “Reader today…Leader tomorrow” for the Young Leaders participants along with two other sessions for the Blue Ocean Forum.

Al Shared said 2008 provided a glimpse of the capabilities of the UAE’s next-generation leaders who are tasked to sustain and expand the major breakthroughs that have been achieved by the country’s incumbent leaders.
