The symposium is sponsored by Jumeirah Beach Residence and Shell and will be held at the institute's premises.

Nabil Al Yousuf, General Coordinator of the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, said that the programme has set an ideal model for a distinguished establishment in the government sector, thus providing a clear framework for organisations to follow in order to succeed.

"The objective of the symposium is to spread the concepts of excellence, innovation, quality, best management and professional practice, as well as to ensure the implementation of the most developed and efficient work methods in the government sector," Mr Yousuf said.

Yaser Hareb, Business Support Manager at the DIHRD, said, "This symposium represents a lively platform to exchange the best practices in the government sector."
