RAS AL KHAIMAH — A Bangladeshi national employed with a cleaning company was allegedly assaulted by his boss, an Iraqi national, on some work-related differences.

The employee suffered serious fractures and injuries on his lips and mouth after he was mercilessly beaten, eyewitnesses said.

Rescuers brought the victim to the emergency department of Saqr Hospital where he underwent surgical operations.

He has since been discharged.
