A statement from the department said roads should be clear so that ambulance, emergency and civil defence vehicles could move unhindered in the event of emergencies. Major Mohsen Saeed Al Mansouri, acting Chief of Al Ain Traffic and Patrols, urged drivers to consider other people’s rights before parking their vehicles illegally.

Al Mansouri asked motorists to park their cars in the designated parking lots and not to park behind other vehicles parked rightly, so that they do not obstruct the way of other drivers who want to drive away.
