Toomaj Salehi risks being hanged after the conviction on the Shariah charge of "corruption on Earth" by a Revolutionary Court
Dr Salem Bou Fanas, Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, AUST Network, said: "Since its inception in 1997 as part of the AUST Network Innovative Medical Environment advocated by Dr Saeed Salman, Founder and President of the AUST Network, the Faculty of Dentistry has achieved remarkable success in the academic and community services areas."
The new specialisations and programmes, which will soon be introduced, will help a large number of students interested in the field of medicine programmes to continue their studies and help in community health.
He added that the "Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research had assessed the faculty programmes six years ago to give the go-ahead, and we are always in consultation with them regarding introduction of new programmes in the future."
The Faculty of Dentistry also plans to introduce Higher Education programmes in the near future, said Dr Bou Fanas.
