AUS students to pay tribute to Zayed

AJMAN — The students of Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) are paying tribute to the late president, Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

Themed “Zayed a Loyal Messenger, and a Ruler of Great Vision”, the tribute will continue for three consecutive days.

Shaikh Zayed glorious deeds, ideas, contributions and achievements to the nation will be spoken about by a number of students and staff, poets and scholars.

Organised by the AUST’s Students Affairs Department, Shaikh Zayed’s unparalleled achievements both in the Arab and Islamic worlds will be projected.

“What we are doing is just a feature of love to our late leader for what he has done to his people in the entire world,” said the students.

Students will also pay a visit to the late Shaikh Zayed tomb in Abu Dhabi.
