Auqaf body board term extended
ABU DHABI - The Council of Ministers agreed in its meeting on Monday to extend the term of the Board of Directors of the General Auqaf Authority for three years.
The meeting, chaired by His Highness Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also looked into a report on the accomplishments of the Ministry of Finance and Industry in its endeavour to develop methods of revenue collection via the e-dirham system.
