Arab Media Forum opens today
DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will inaugurate the Arab Media Forum 2007 at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai today.
The two-day forum, which is being organised by the Dubai Press Club under the theme: ‘Developing people, developing organisations,’ will bring together key Arab and international media experts and well-known speakers to explore the status of the Arab media. Dubai Press Club in association with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), will present the ‘Arab media outlook’ — a comprehensive report outlining the current status and future prospects of the Arab media industry.
