Aman employs more nationals

With 22 per cent of posts already emiratised, Aman is clearly in the lead in this context, according to its managing director Hussein Mohammed Al Meeza.

Aman indicated that the insurance sector has become one of the vital and fastest growing sectors in the country, and with the promising opportunities it offers, it is now capable of attracting national job seekers.

Al Meeza said human resource development "is one of the key objectives Aman seeks to achieve. Our experience in encouraging the national youth to work in the insurance field has proven successful."
