Heavy congestion was reported on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai on Thursday morning due to a major accident.
Dubai Police took to Twitter to report an accident on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite to Burj Khalifa metro station towards Abu Dhabi. They advised drivers to take caution and take alternative routes.
In another tweet, the police also advised to take alternative route after an accident on Al Wasl Road near Emirates NBD building towards Al Satwa area.
Another accident on Dubai- Al Ain Road led to traffic congestion for commuters heading towards Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road.
