She strongly urged the students to communicate with international communities and participate in international conferences and seminars.

Dr. Hanif Hassan, said, “The meeting was a part of Albright's visit to the Arab Strategy Forum held in Dubai. Albright listened to an explanation about the majors of the five colleges in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (Arts & Sciences, Communication & Media Sciences, Information Systems, Business Sciences, Education), and the graduate studies programs of the EMBA, EMHCA, and Educational Leadership, which are prepared in cooperation with a number of US universities.”

He also indicated that Madeleine Albright viewed the academic courses of "Zayed International College" — a new college that will be opened next academic year in Abu Dhabi. The new College will be a residential learning community open to multi-national students and scholars. It will also establish partnerships with selective international universities who wish to engage in the development of a genuinely international community. Zayed International College will attract students from America and Europe who will have their graduate studies in several majors such as: Arabic and Islamic Studies, International Relations, International Economy, and Gulf Studies.

She also had an idea about the "Athena Leadership Programme", which targets the development of the students' skills in time management, critical thinking, planning, administration, and self confidence through cooperating with international leaders who are working in prominent and leading positions in the USA and Canada. The programme prepares Zayed University students to face real life after graduation.

Dr. Hanif indicated that the students gave Madeleine Albright an explanation about their academic experience, their post-graduate studies, development of UAE women, their employment in public and private sectors.

They also gave her a brief on their academic trips which were organised with international embassies and bodies to Scotland, France, Spain, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, as well as their participation in international conferences in the USA.

Albright had an open discussion with the students who assured the importance of conveying the true image of Emirati women in the American and Western Media.

They urged the nations to acknowledge the prestigious rank of Arab women and their advanced education. They also referred to their positive participation in the social development and progress of the UAE, and their commitment to their country either in the field of education or employment and real life. Zayed University encourages students to exchange dialogues with other international universities through the "video conference".

Furthermore, Madeleine Albright expressed her admiration with the progress of Dubai and the UAE and the role of women in the society either through the advanced academic programs of Zayed University or the students' skills in using modern techniques and programs. Such skills help them transfer the real vision of civilization in UAE either in education or employment.
