Bengaluru - The woman has lodged a police complaint for sexual harassment against the staff

A woman passenger of an Air Asia flight was verbally abused and manhandled by the staff for complaining that the plane's toilet was dirty.
The woman had used the toilet on board and complained it was very dirty and needs to be cleaned. For that, the staff responded with rude behaviour and manhandling.
According to reports in Asianet Newsable, the staff rudely told her "We know it, you don't have to tell us, go sit in your seat." Objecting the rude behavior, the woman said "Why are you shouting at me? To keep the toilet clean is your duty." Then the staff verbally abused her and said "This is our flight. You don't talk too much."
The woman has lodged a police complaint for sexual harassment against Kaizad Suntok, Jathin Ravindra and Sannith Karandikar staff of Air Asia flight 1585, and the case has been transferred to Kempegwoda International Airport station.
Recently, Indigo staff had punched a male passenger over an argument.
The woman passenger who is from Ranchi, works in a bank in Hyderabad, and was returning after visiting her family in Jharkhand. When the flight arrived at Hyderabad, the staff physically pulled her back from getting down and initiated an altercation over switching off her phone on the plane. The woman has also stated in her complaint that one staff member took a photo of her and demanded an apology.
Police officials have booked a case of sexual harassment and stated that the accused will be arrested.
