ADJD wins Network World Middle East Award

Abu Dhabi -- Abu Dhabi Judicial Department won the Network World Middle East Award 2010 for the best storage project of the year, adding a new honour to an impressive list of achievements in the field of IT leadership and innovation.

Rashed Saqer Al Dhaheri, Director of IT Division at ADJD, who received the Award on behalf of the Department said: ‘I’m honoured to receive the Award on behalf of ADJD. The Award is yet another testimonial of the leadership of ADJD in availing IT solutions to improve its legal services for the public.’

ADJD won the award for its innovative approach throughout its Multi-Tiered SAN Implementation for the Information Life Cycle Management.

‘This is one of the many important project undertaken by ADJD and implemented by the IT Division. The objective of the project is to provide the highest level of protection of information and safeguard the privacy and confidentiality off all matters related to clients,’ Al Dhaheri said.

The Network World Middle East stated in the awarding ceremony that the organizations that made it onto the winners list this year serve as inspiration and proof that charting new paths in technology deployment can yield business rewards and industry recognition.

The criteria for winning included a variety of indicators, including leadership in product innovation, breadth of products and solutions, major customer wins, regional reach and business strategy.
