ADIB applies 100pc emiritisation in new Al Ain Branch

AL AIN — The Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) opened its fifth branch in Al Ain yesterday. The new branch, which will employ a workforce comprised wholly of UAE nationals and is located at the Al Ain Municipality, was inaugurated yesterday by Dr Goaan Al Dhaheri, chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Agriculture.

Among those present on the occasion were Ahmad Bin Darwich Bin Dagher Al Marar, Managing Director of ADIB; Khalid Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Member of the Board of Directors of ADIB; and a host of high-ranking officials, VIPs and other distinguished guests.

The opening of our new branch has increased ADIB's reach to the citizens of the city and furthers our strategy of establishing a wide network to service our customers," said Ahmad Bin Darwich Bin Dagher Al Marar.

The branch will offer the latest banking technologies and a full range of services and products for individuals and businesses including the Shariaa-compliant Visa covered card, car financing, and long term real estate financing. The branch will also include 24-hr ATM machines.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank's network now includes 27 branches in the UAE.
