“Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution has been working to enhance training programmes it is offering to Public Prosecutors in Abu Dhabi in line with the five-year strategy of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and the guidance of Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department,” said Yusuf Saeed Al Abri, Acting Attorney-General Abu Dhabi.
“The new programme is designed to improve the skills and competencies of the Public Prosecution team to deal with different and new cases presented before courts of justice. Our objective is to define and implement international best practices related to the competencies of the Public Prosecution,” Al Abri said.
The training programme was designed in close cooperation and coordination with the Judicial Academy of ADJD. It covers many major topics, including criminal investigation, human trafficking, crimes against people and property, immorality, electronic crime and terrorism.
“Many of its modules are designed in accordance with the international best practices and will be delivered by renowned experts in the field,” Al Abri pointed out.
